Pre-Qualification Process

All applicants are required to go through a pre-qualification process BEFORE scheduling an appointment to view any rental properties.  Please fax (our fax is secure), mail or hand-deliver the completed Application Form and the Credit Card Authorization Form ($10 per person) to the local AHI office.  If paying by check or money order, you do not need to complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.  The $10 fee per person is non-refundable.

Application Process

In order to apply for a rental property, pre-qualified applicants must fax (our fax is secure), mail or hand-deliver the following to the local AHI office or apply online.

NOTE: If self-employed, retired or a trust fund benefactor, must also submit the first two pages of your federal tax return for the preceding year.

Non-Refundable Application Fee of $35 Plus $10 For Each Additional Applicant

Finally, have you already notified your current landlord to make them aware that they will soon be contacted by AHI Properties?  If not, please do so before you submit the completed forms to AHI.
