Are AHI corporate apartment homes accessible to expanded services such as premium cable channels (HBO, etc.), DSL lines, high-speed Internet connection, satellite dish, etc.?
Yes, all of the custom features you have in your home are available to you in an AHI corporate apartment home. There may be certain service limitations in some areas. Additional charges apply.
How much do corporate apartments cost?
Pricing varies for 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments depending on the specific apartment community location and its’ amenities.
Is a monthly rate or long-term lease less expensive?
Your apartment will be billed on a daily rate. Whether you pay monthly or sign a long-term lease, an AHI apartment home is still significantly less expensive than staying in a hotel.
What does the daily rate include?
The daily rate is all-inclusive of rent, utilities, furniture and house wares. Excluded are long distance phone charges and any other expanded services you may select.
Most AHI apartment home communities allow your pet to stay with you. There are some exceptions for large pets. In some cases, there may be pet fees and pet deposits, depending on the circumstance and the location. In the unfortunate circumstance that your pet will not be allowed to stay with you, our staff can assist you in finding alternative boarding for your pet.
Maid service is available for an additional fee. Choose from our one-time, weekly, bi-monthly or monthly service options.
Do you provide long distance phone service?
Yes, we can provide long distance service. However, this service is not included in the daily rate of the corporate apartment. A separate bill is provided detailing the additional charges.
AHI usually requires a 30-day minimum stay.
Yes, we do require a security deposit prior to your move in. This security deposit is completely refundable less any outstanding account balances and/or damage fees due.
A cleaning fee is a non-refundable fee that allows our guests, at the time of move-out, not to worry about cleaning the apartment. Simply take your personal items and leave the cleaning to us. This cleaning fee must be paid prior to move-in.
All monthly charges are consolidated on one statement. AHI can bill the individual or company with payments via check, money order or credit cards.
Can you bill my company directly?
Yes, with the proper approval and information.
Can you send me additional invoices so I can prepare my expense report?
AHI is happy to provide you with any paperwork that will facilitate final payment of bill.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club are all accepted by AHI. Your credit card payments can be processed automatically, each month, by completing an authorization form.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Availability changes day-by-day. Regardless of when you call, we will do our best to meet your needs – even if that means a 24-hour turnaround.
Do you provide handicapped accessible apartment homes?
We do offer certain handicap accessible apartment homes – we will let you know of the availability of these homes at the time you make your reservation.
