Our homes typically lease for $695 - $4,000 per month.
What is the typical length of a lease?
The majority of our leases are for a year or longer. However, depending on availability, we can often accommodate a lease for 6 months or longer.
Many of our property owners allow pets (pet deposit required).
How long will it take to process my application?
The application process is fast and easy. As we are dependent on the responsiveness of you and certain third parties to verify employment, rental history, and credit, it may take as few as 2 days to process your application, yet it may take many more depending on the circumstances. The application fee is $45.
Who is responsible for the utilities?
The tenant (renter) is responsible for the utilities unless otherwise advertised or stated within the lease.
How much is the security deposit?
The minimum security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Pet deposits (if applicable), are based on market rates.
What do I have to pay before I move in?
Before moving in, you will be responsible for the $45 application fee, first month’s rent or prorated rent, security deposit and pet deposit (if applicable).
